The Charities, Churches, and Schools registered on Shopdonations.com were submitted by their supporters for their own and other supporter's use and are not an endorsement of ShopDonations.com or an endorsement of the Charity, Church, or School by ShopDonations.com.

ShopDonations.com reserves the right to refuse participation to any organization, including nonprofits and schools, at any time in its sole discretion.

We will distribute a percent of revenues to registered charities and organizations. ShopDonations.com will send each organization a check either once a year, twice a year, or quarterly, depending upon the organizations preference. Use of ShopDonations.com does not entile users to use purchases as tax deductions.

ShopDonations.com will not be liable for any payment based on any amounts which result from invalid queries or invalid clicks on ads generated by any person, bot, automated program or similar device, as reasonably determined by ShopDonations.com, including without limitation through any clicks or impressions originating from your IP addresses or computers under your control.

To ensure proper payment, organizations are responsible for providing and maintaining accurate contact and payment information associated with their charity or organization. Any bank fees related to returned or cancelled checks due to a contact or payment information error or omission may be deducted from the newly issued payment. Organizations agree to pay all applicable taxes or charges imposed by any government entity in connection with their participation in the Program. ShopDonations.com may change its pricing and/or payment structure at any time. If you dispute any payment made under the Program, you must notify ShopDonations.com in writing within thirty (30) days of any such payment; failure to so notify ShopDonations.com shall result in the waiver by you of any claim relating to any such disputed payment. Payment shall be calculated solely based on records maintained by ShopDonations.com. No other measurements or statistics of any kind shall be accepted by ShopDonations.com or have any effect under this Agreement.

Merchants, Goods and Services

ShopDonations.com will not be liable for any loss or damage incurred as a result of any interaction between you and a vendor accessible through ShopDonations.com All matters, including but not limited to delivery of goods and services, returns, and warranties are solely and strictly between you and the vendor.

You acknowledge that ShopDonations.com and your organization do not endorse or warrant the vendors that are accessible through ShopDonations.com nor the goods and services that they provide.

Content and Links

ShopDonations.com may contain content supplied by third parties and links to Internet sites maintained by third parties. ShopDonations.com does not, in any respect, control such content or operate such third-party sites and do not guaranty the availability of any email from or links to third-party sites. Third-party content and links are included solely for the convenience of users, and do not constitute any endorsement by ShopDonations.com. ShopDonations.com is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of third-party information and you assume sole responsibility for the use of third-party information.

User Responsibilities - By consenting to the Agreements, you agree

To not use ShopDonations.com to: Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, distribute, publish or exploit for any commercial purpose the software, products, or services provided by ShopDonations.com or obtained through the Service without obtaining the express, prior written consent of ShopDonations.com. This restriction includes any attempt to incorporate any information from ShopDonations.com or any other directory, product, or service.

To provide for your own access to ShopDonations.com, including but not limited to obtaining and maintaining all telephone, computer hardware and software, and other equipment and paying all related charges.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold ShopDonations.com, their affiliates, officers, directors and employees from any and all claims or demands, including the payment of reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or relating to your use of ShopDonations.com.

Miscellaneous

The Agreements comprise the entire agreement between you and ShopDonations.com. and supersede all prior agreements between the parties regarding the subject matter contained herein. Any waiver of any provision of the Agreements will be effective, only if in writing and signed by ShopDonations.com.

If a court of competent jurisdiction finds any provision or portion of the Agreements to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions of the Agreements will continue in full force and effect.

Any notices to you or ShopDonations.com shall be made via either email or regular mail. ShopDonations.com may also provide notices of changes to the Agreements or any other matter by displaying notices to you generally on ShopDonations.com

You agree to comply with law regarding the transmission/export of technical data through the use of ShopDonations.com

These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes and replaces all prior or contemporaneous understandings or agreements, written or oral, regarding such subject matter.
